A consultation call is a no-obligation chat where we get to hear a little more about each other. It is typically between 30 and 45 minutes long.
We’ll start the consultation by introducing ourselves and getting to know you both – no wedding related chat as yet! Then we’ll move on to what’s important to YOU.
We’ll talk about your wedding. There are three key things we need to know at this early stage: your wedding date, roughly how many guests will be attending and your venue. Once we finish talking weddings, we’ll tell you a little more about us and you can ask us anything you like. We’ll then talk through our services and what happens next.
If you’d like to proceed, we’ll typically put together a bespoke proposal for you. This will include details of what we discuss in the consultation and a quotation for our services.
Unless we are very local to one another, most consultations happen over a virtual call.
If we decided to work together, you can expect to meet in person for any site visits or run-through meetings.
We love getting together over a cup of Earl Grey tea (or something a little stronger, should the occasion arise!).
It’s ideal if both partners are on the call – this allows us to start getting to know you and your dynamic, and how we might best create a vibe at the wedding that you both absolutely love.
