FULL SERVICE WEDDING PLANNING & DESIGN
Our most comprehensive wedding planning service, encompassing full planning and design.
This flagship service includes collaborating with you on the initial concept, then we (at By Grace) begin to work on our four phase signature plan: planning, design, co-ordination and then the successful delivery and execution of the event.
This is a truly bespoke process, and we work hard to get to know you as a couple: your interests, passions, joys and shared histories to ensure we design a wedding that authentically captures your love and tells your story.
We match you only with trusted suppliers who fit the brief, and can work with us to create your truly customised wedding experience – elevated, seamlessly delivered and elegantly styled.
Whilst we focus on curating your bespoke wedding day, you can truly relax in knowing that you are in capable hands.
What's included:
- Frequent face-to-face contact and unlimited telephone support throughout the planning for up to 12 months of planning.
- Full conceptual design & planning.
- Approaching our 'little black book' of suppliers to source your supplier dream team.
- Wedding timeline & full budget management.
- Complete wedding management of all vendors /suppliers.
- Full on-the-day support from Grace and the BGW team, including access to 'wedding day emergency kit'.

Wedding Day Management
You’ve spent months (or years!) planning your perfect day, and as the time on your countdown turns from months, to weeks, to days, it can really make a difference handing over to a professional pair of hands for the final co-ordination to ensure that you approach your wedding on a cloud of calm and happiness.
With our Day-of Co-ordination service, you can rest easy knowing that Grace will take on the final co-ordination and delivery of your special day.
What's included:
- Final co-ordination & delivery of your special day, with handover 4 weeks before the day.
- Final venue site visit & checklist run-through.
- Creation of detailed wedding day timelines.
- Full management of supplier team.
- 10 hours of on-the-day support.
- Access to 'wedding day emergency kit'.
Investment: from £1,200 for weddings up to 200 guests

Our Signature Process
From our initial consultation, we start to build a picture of you as a couple, and work to translate this into a plan for your dream wedding. We start by booking key suppliers, looking at overall budgets and presenting dream venue options.
The design elements begin to take shape as we craft every detail with you in mind – from bespoke stationery to signature cocktails, each part is hand-picked to tell your story and delight both guests and the happy couple alike.
The threads of the day are woven together to create a detailed timeline and plan of action to ensure each aspect works harmoniously together, providing you with peace-of-mind and a quiet confidence as the day approaches.
The day is finally here, and it’s time for us to put the plan into action! Time for you to relax, Moet in hand, as you prepare to embark on the next exciting chapter of your lives together. We’ll be with you from the early hours until long after the heels have been kicked off on the dance floor.

We work very hard to get to know all of our couples personally, and really draw on their story to inform our design work. This means that wedding styles vary, but remain true to our ethos of being elegant and timeless affairs, with joyful, celebratory atmospheres.
This depends on a number of factors – the difference between a luxury wedding planner and a wedding venue co-ordinator lies in the scope and focus of their services. A wedding planner offers comprehensive planning services, while a wedding venue co-ordinator focuses on the logistics of the wedding day from the venue’s perspective.
We’d recommend taking a look at our helpful blog post on the topic to establish which best suits your wedding needs.
For a Full Plan & Design, we’d recommend getting in touch 18 – 14 months before your wedding date. This way, your planner can work with you from the very beginning until you say ‘I do’, keeping the design cohesive and everything on track.
For Wedding Day Management, we’d suggest contacting us 8 to 12 months before your wedding to ensure that your wedding date is available. We can often accommodate weddings with a shorter timeframe, but we recommend getting in touch sooner rather than later.

We welcome all couples who will be having their wedding in the UK. Much of the initial planning is completed over video calls and emails, so technology makes the planning stages much easier for all, especially if you live outside the UK.
Many of our previous couples have been event planners themselves, and have appreciated having a trusted pair of hands to expertly execute the day-of co-ordination on their behalf. This means they can kick back and enjoy their special day, knowing that we take care of the details as carefully as they would themselves.
